Walk-On Pit Covers
Walk-On roll-up pit covers are designed to cover large machine tool way surfaces and open pits. They will endure constant use and support the weight of heavy chip loads and personnel. Contents under the cover are completely protected and contaminants such as cutting lubricants, hot chips, and dust cannot penetrate into the machine. **Can unroll up to 20 meters and longer with the ability to cover walking area up to 4.5 meters.**
Electric or E-Spring Motor
*For moving the Pit Cover in and out (in combination with drag chains). *The electric spring works like a spring with unlimited stroke. There is no air pressure needed.
Air Motor
Works with air pressure like a spring with unlimited stroke.
The flexible cover-links are made from aluminium profiles from the ALC links .
