Steel Carrier
Steel carriers are constructed from steel for high strength and/or maximum unsupported spans. These steel cable carriers and steel hose carriers are available in a wide range of sizes and styles for a broad range of applications. The Steel carriers are perfect in applications that require high strength, temperature or chemical resistance, and maximum unsupported spans. Although lightweight, these carriers provide high strength and heavy-duty operation and are easily modified for your custom needs.
Enclosed Metal Carrier
Enclosed, link-style metal carriers utilize the standard link designs and removable armor plate style lids to offer rugged construction, accessibility, easy repair and length modification. These carriers have an aluminum armor plate that resists heavy debris and heavy flying parts. WIth their rugged construction, accessibility, ease of repair and custom lengths, these metallic carriers are excellent choices for heavy-duty machines and heavy industrial & foundry applications.
Plastic Carrier
Plastic Cable and Hose carriers are the most versatile and cost-effective carriers on the market today. These carriers allow you to snap together links to adjust the length. Made with a heavy-duty fiber reinforced nylon construction, these carriers are ideal for temperatures ranging from 0° - 250° F and travel speeds in excess of 200 feet per minute. In addition to being corrosion resistant, these carriers are designed for use on, but not limited to: Machine Tools, Industrial Robots, Light Automation and Packaging Equipment, Small Electronic Manufacturing Equipment, and other production equipment.
Enclosed Plastic Carrier
The Enclosed Plastic Carriers are constructed from standard components that are easily modified to achieve high strength, customized, engineered carrier systems. Available with either snap-in or bolted aluminum lids for maximum protection from red hot debris, or with snap-in plastic lids for lighter weight requirements. Utilizing multiple lockout points, locking hubs, modular sliders, and many other innovative components, they are the ultimate solution for medium to heavy duty or unique projects that require an enclosed plastic carrier solution. The standard material of impact modified, glass reinforced plastic offers durability and high speed capability. Most carriers are also available in specialty materials for challenging applications with diverse demands, such as extremely low wear, severe temperatures and environments, unique chemical resistance, specialty flammability ratings and explosion proof requirements.
