Bellow covers are designed with regular and irregular surface construction, which aim at protecting important precision transmission parts with less shavings and chip generation.
Thermally Bonded Bellow
One piece construction and fantastic rigidity provide a stable cover that maintains its shape even in long runs. Made with PVC stiffeners that are thermally bonded to each fold of material to give that clean, finished look, enhancing the appearance of your machinery.
Stainless Steel Plated Bellow
Our stainless steel bellows protect against hot chips, welding splatter, heavy chip loading and are perfect for hostile and/or extreme environments. The steel plates push the debris off of the adjacent steel plate preventing debris from contacting the bellows underneath.
Stitched Bellow
Stitched bellows offer you an economical solution, yet are designed for extreme environments. These bellows can handle high temperatures, heavy abrasion and tight compression applications.
Laminate Polygonal Bellow
These bellows give a clean, attractive look to your machinery and operate in standard temperature and humidity environments. Produced in almost any shape, these bellows are available in both horizontal & vertical systems.
Rubber Disk Bellow
These bellows are designed to protect pistons and spindles. The rubber disks are punched out and vulcanized for added durability and elasticity and can be used for most standard and outdoor applications. Alternative materials are available to suit your needs.
Molded Bellow
Molded Bellows are made with specially formulated PVC. The molded bellows are designed specifically to resist alkalis, acids, dust and water, withstanding temperatures from -20C to 120C.
